Dwayne Schad has served on our school board for a total of 28 years and is currently our Board President.  Dwayne is a self employed farmer. He raises cattle, wheat, soybeans, and hay. Dwayne is a lifetime Versailles resident and a 1974 Morgan County R-II High School graduate.  When he was in school he participated in everything FFA, from agriculture contest, to public speaking, to being a FFA officer. When we asked Dwayne why he decided to serve on the school board, he said, "I decided to serve as a school board member because as a parent (and now a grandparent), taxpayer and concerned citizen, I felt the need to be involved in the decisions being made to benefit all the children in our district."  Dwayne has seen many changes since first joining the school board and feels that the changes have always focused on making things better for our students, staff, and the community.


He is married to Amy and together they have 4 children; Becky, Greg, Bradley, and Melissa. They also have a eight grandkids. He and Amy are members of Hopewell Union Church and Dwayne serves as a Deacon and a Trustee. Dwayne serves on a variety of boards both locally and statewide. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his grand kids and he also collects anything John Deere related such as, toys, antiques, and tractors.

BOARD TREASURER - BRAD CHAMBERLAIN



Brad Chamberlain has served on our board of education for 13 years. He is currently serving as the Board Treasurer. He is the owner/barber of Dean's Barbershop in Cole Camp, Missouri. He is a 1988 graduate of Morgan County R-II High School (Versailles). When he was in th school he participated in student council, DECA, football, and track & field. When asked why he decided to serve as a school board member, Brad said, "I am proud of our school district and I want to be part of the future of our school district's success." He feels the most rewarding part about being a school board member is the growth and success of our students' achievements. Brad has seen many changes over the years he has served on the school board, from changes in administration, to faculty and staff, and building projects.


Brad is married to Kellee who teaches kindergarten at Versailles Elementary. They spend their time attending many school events, which keeps them busy. They have a daughter, Shelby, and three sons, Ryan, Ty, and Hunter. All of their children have graduated from Morgan County R-II High School. Brad enjoys hunting, fishing, baseball, and spending time with his family when not working.

 BOARD MEMBER - LORI CROY


Lori Croy is one of our newest members of the Morgan County R-II Board of Education. She was elected to be a member of the board in April 2022. Lori retired from the Morgan County R-II School District and served as an elementary, middle school, and high school music teacher. She now teaches part-time at Latham RV School in Latham, Missouri. She is married to Terry Croy. Terry and her family own and run BW Graphics here in Versailles, Missouri.


Lori and Terry have two children, Whitney and Westan. Both Whitney and Westan graduated from the Morgan County R-II School District. Lori and Terry also have four grandchildren, one of which now attends Versailles Elementary. When not attending school events, Lori enjoys spending time with her family and participating in church activities. She is proud to serve the students, their families, and the faculty and staff of our school district as a board member.


BOARD MEMBER - ROSALIE DEAR



Rosalie Dear joined the Morgan County R-II Board of Education in April 2019. On the surface you would think she is very quiet and shy, but in reality she is listening, observing, and processing information and is ready to speak up when the right time comes.


Rosalie is a very busy mother of three amazing children. Doing all the day to day things of diapers and feeding and reading storybooks, band aids, and car seats. Going to church, teaching them manners and taking them out in the world, encouraging them to help others is important to Rosalie.


Along with being a wife and mother, Rosalie is a runner, loves yoga, and is a registered dental hygienist, working with a local dentist here in Versailles. She is a “do it yourself” kind of person working with her husband on home renovation projects. Rosalie, is a great team member and we are glad she is on our board!!

BOARD MEMBER - BRIAN RASA



BOARD MEMBER - CASSIE WILHELM

Cassie Wilhelm recently joined the Morgan County R-II Board of Education by swearing in in April 2023. She is a lifelong resident and graduate of Versailles High School. She studied at Central Methodist University. She co-owns three successful businesses at the Lake, but when not in season you can find her substituting Versailles and coaching 5th grade girls basketball through the MCCAC. Her parents and brother currently work at the Morgan County R-II School District and she also has a niece and two nephews who currently attend school in the district.  Cassie enjoys attending various school sporting events during her down time in order to support our student athletes. She takes pride in her strong family values and believes she can use her strengths to have a positive impact on the school and community. Cassie feels her focus as a board member will be on education, school pride, safety and transparency.



Brian Rasa has joined the Morgan County R-2 Board of Education in April 2021. Brian is excited and committed to making Morgan County R-2 truly great for the students as well as the staff. Brian has been married 8 years to his wife Kendra. Brian also has four children currently attending Morgan County R-2. Bentley is currently in 2nd, Jaxton in 5th grade, Rowan in 8th grade and Daulton is in 9th grade. Kendra is also a graduate of Morgan County R-2 and serves as a substitute teacher for the district. 


Brian has worked for Co-Mo Connect powered by Co-Mo Electric Cooperative for almost 14 years. He is a journeyman lineman that prides himself on helping keep the lights on in our community. Brian is hoping to be an asset to the school district by bringing skills such as communication and strategic planning. Brian is also a member of Family Worship Center in Versailles and enjoys helping with the youth group.


When Brian isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family. Brian also enjoys watching his boys play sports for Morgan County R-2. Brian’s hobbies are hunting, fishing, golfing and anything that includes the outdoors.

April Boicourt has served on our school board since April 2028. She is the Vice President of Paden Logistics, LLC. She graduated from Oak Park High School in Gladstone, Missouri in 1999. She later graduated from Columbia College. April decided to serve as a school board member because, "I love our school, staff, and students. I want our school to be the very best at everything it does and want to be part of helping that happen." April has served on the board for the past six years and is about to serve another 3 year term (beginning April 2024).


April is married to Corey Boicourt. Together they have 3 sons and love to be involved in whatever they are doing, which keeps them on the go most of the time! Their oldest son graduated from Versailles in 2019 and is a Marine (Colby). He is getting married in the fall of 2024. They also have a sophomore and a 5th grader. April is very passionate about the kids in our district and ensuring they are successful in school and life. She is the Vice President of Tiger Nation, the treasurer for MCAC, and the Vice Chairman for Versailles Community Betterment- Youth Services. In her spare time, she likes to read, layout by the pool, hike, explore new places, and spend time with her 5 Labradors.
