Sports Complex Roofing Project & Temporary Parking Changes

PUBLIC NOTICE

TEMPORARY PARKING CHANGES AT SPORTS COMPLEX

The Morgan County R-II School District will have SIC on-site to complete roofing work on the high school sports complex from Monday, June 16, through Friday, June 20.

To ensure safety and allow crews the space they need to complete the project, we ask that all faculty, staff, and students attending athletic practices or working in the area please park in the upper portion of the parking lot near the FFA building during this time.

If you are a parent/guardian dropping off or picking up a student athlete, please use the upper parking lot near the FFA building if you must park your car near this area.

MoDOT ROUNDABOUT PROJECT UPDATES

The MoDOT Roundabout Construction Project includes the following:

Expanding the current two-lane section of Route 52 through Versailles to three lanes, providing one lane of travel in each direction with a shared center turn lane.
Replacing existing culverts with larger structures to address flooding concerns.
Removing the outdated signal at the Route 5/52 junction and installing a roundabout.
