LEAVE REQUESTS

 

To create a leave request, you must know your user ID and Password for the SUI WebLink website. This site is linked via our Employee Resources page. If you have not already joined, please do so to access the employee resources materials.

Leave Request Reminders:

  • If you are a 9, 10, or 11-month employee your leave request must be entered as an 8.5 hour day.
  • If you are going to be gone for a training, meeting, or any other time that is school-related you need to put in a MISC ADMIN leave request. 
  • If you are at home sick your leave request should be entered the 1st day you return to work. 
  • If you put in a leave wrong and you need to recall it, you can use the Recall and Cancel Instructions to assist you. 
  • Please let Lucretia Thurman know if you do not remember or have access to a username and password for WebLink. The Technology Department will not be able to assist you with this or the time clock program. If you need to contact Lucretia, email her at thurmanl@versaillestigers.org.
