This email signature tool helps all Morgan County R-II faculty and staff create a consistent, professional district signature that supports our school brand and improves accessibility for everyone who receives our emails. Using this tool helps us follow WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards as part of updated Title II ADA requirements (ADA Fact Sheet), while making it simple for staff to use clear, readable, and accessible contact information.
To meet accessibility requirements, staff should use this tool instead of creating email signatures as images in Canva or other design programs. Image-based signatures may look nice visually, but screen readers often cannot read the contact information inside them, and links may not be accessible. This generator creates a signature with real text and accessible links, helping us meet WCAG 2.1 AA and updated Title II ADA requirements while keeping a consistent district look.
