TECHNOLOGY WORK ORDER REQUESTS

Before submitting a request please ensure all cables are plugged in correctly, any surge protectors are turned on, and then restart the computer.
Your request will be reviewed in a timely manner by technology department staff responded to as soon as possible. It will then be assigned to the first available staff member or most appropriate staff member in the order the request was received and/or type of request.
Like many faculty and staff members, our technology department staff juggle different tasks at the same time, and often face efficiency obstacles and time-consuming processes that can make it difficult to keep up with the pace of requests at times. Our technology work order system helps to remove obstacles, keep the department working efficiently, and collects data in relation to our work orders, which is utilized for district technology planning.

We are happy to serve and support the students, faculty, and staff of the Morgan County R-II School District. Based on the number of requests coming in and the type of requests, current data shows that most requests are met and completed in 1-2 days or less. We appreciate your support and patience as we work through requests.
