BECKI KEMPF NAMED NEW ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT
Versailles, MO—The Morgan County R-II Board of Education is pleased to announce Becki Kempf's appointment as Assistant Superintendent. The Board officially approved Becki during its regular meeting on Thursday, February 20. She will transition to her new role on July 1, 2025.
Becki Kempf has been a part of the Morgan County R-II School District for the past sixteen years, starting her career as a Pre-K teacher at South Elementary. Throughout her tenure, she has worked as a first, second, and third grade teacher, accumulating thirteen years of experience in the classroom. Becki has also held the role of MCR-II PK-8 Summer School Director in 2021 and 2022 and is currently in her third year serving as the Versailles Elementary Assistant Principal. Her dedication and leadership were recently recognized when she was honored as the Outstanding Assistant Principal for the Central Region by the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals (MAESP) in 2024.

Becki’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Methodist University, with majors in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. She also holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from William Woods University and a Specialist in Education Superintendent degree from Northwest Missouri State University.
