The Morgan County R-II School District's student information system as of June 2023 is Infinite Campus. This system includes Family/Parent and Student Portals, which provide families and students with access to homework grades, report cards, attendance, behavior, student fees, and more. Families and students can access their portals via a secure website or an app available on iOS/Android devices. Utilize the buttons below to access the portal. Once you have completed your account activation, utilize the buttons below to access your Student, Parent, or Staff portal. Account activation emails were sent to all MCR-II families registered with the district. If have completed registration and you have not received your account activation, please contact your student’s assigned building office.
If you have a new student to the Morgan County R-II School District, please call your student’s building office to get your new student registration information. Please note, that you can enroll more than one new student on a new student registration online application. If you have an incoming Kindergarten student for the 2024-2025 school year, please use the 2024-2025 New Student Registration.

The Infinite Campus (IC) Messenger 2.0 application allows the Morgan County R-II School District to communicate with parents/guardians via phone, email, text messaging, or portal inbox as designated in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This is used as a backup to our unified communication system known as ParentSquare as needed or determined to be appropriate.
NOTE: It is important to routinely verify and adjust these settings to ensure you are receiving all important school and district communications through the desired media. Be sure to check your settings each year during online registration, via your Parent Portal, and when the district is doing routine mass notification system checks.
To adjust how you receive communications from your school or the Morgan County R-II School District, start by logging into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and use the instructions listed below.
Contact your local school building for assistance if you do not have a login or password.

Emergency
Used for immediate communication from the district – weather-related school closures, and school safety procedures related to the Standard Response Protocol (SRP).
Attendance
Automated messages sent by schools to notify parents of unknown unexcused absences.
General Notification
Sent from school or district for general announcements that have no time constraint – student progress conference reminder, school event, Superintendent Update, etc.
Priority Notification
Sent by the school or district for time-sensitive information that needs to go out in the next 24 hours – event cancellations.
Teacher
Sent by teachers – missing assignments, failing grades, and general classroom information.
**To get all of the various types of messages you must check all boxes. If you do not check all boxes you will not get all types of messages. If you opt out, you will not get all types of messages. If you do not provide up-to-date contact information you will not receive messages. We cannot guarantee receipt of messages for these reasons.
It is important to carefully check your settings during the online registration process at the start of each school year. We highly recommend that you check your contact preferences in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal after online registration is completed and that you take time to check your settings when the district is doing routine mass notification system checks.
The district posts messages regarding routine mass notification system checks at the start of the school year, as we get close to winter weather season, during winter weather season, and at the start of Spring.**
ParentSquare is a unified communication platform that offers a host of tools to effectively communicate with your child's teachers, and school administrators, and even stay up-to-date on district news and happenings. ParentSquare works with Infinite Campus to send alerts, voice messages, posts, and more to district patrons.
It is important that you check your communication settings in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal and in ParentSquare to be sure that you receive all important messages, including emergency alerts. Call your student’s building office to update your contact information.
